Chrome requires one click on this icon per meeting to start recording (a browser security rule, not something we can skip) — click it right after you join a call. After that, everything is automatic: it stops when you leave and uploads on its own. Documents (MOM, BRD, FRD, ...) aren't generated automatically anymore — open "View My Documents" and click Generate on whichever ones you actually need.
